About Richard A. Crosby

Richard A. Crosby is a pianist, composer, educator and organizational leader. He joined Eastern Kentucky University in 1986 and built a long career in music education and university service, including faculty leadership. His book Thoughts on Life and Leadership draws on nearly five decades of leadership experience, combining memoir, philosophy and practical lessons in a reflective, conversational style.
