Scott A. Arias founded ACE Consulting in 2008 and brings more than three decades of construction-management and industry experience to his leadership work. ACE identifies him as a former tenured construction-management professor and retired Senior Chief Petty Officer whose career has included major projects in the United States and abroad. His writing, including Formula for Success, applies a systems-oriented approach to planning, accountability, leadership and personal significance.
